A new product to some, but one you’ll soon be swooning over just like I am, Laziz Foods. Laziz currently has three delicious Lebanese products, a smooth and perfectly creamy hummus, a zesty muhumarra walnut red pepper spread, and toum, a garlic condiment that can pretty much go on anything from mashed potatoes to gyros. I absolutely love Laziz’s muhamara, which I bought a couple of weeks ago at the Wheeler Farm holiday market…yum! I would have to rate the muhammara as my new favorite Mediterranean food.

So glad we live so close to Harmon’s Brickyard! Amazing Hummus but all three of their products are absolutely outstanding. We bought some extra for Thanksgiving and it was a hit.

I love hummus
My favorite meal would start with tzatziki and good old fashioned pita bread. I Iove tzatziki so much I could probably drink it with a straw! I’d follow that Kotopoulo Yemisto which is breaded chicken stuffed with feta and sautéed spinach served over rice with a mushroom and scallion sauce. It’s absutley divine, and this post has me craving it at 9am! AHHH!!!

I love a simple pita with lamb or chicken, loads of veggies and tzatziki or hummus. And Laziz makes great hummus!
