I’m a new follower! I’ve been living in Utah for 4 years now, and yet I’ve never heard of Beehive Cheese. I love cheeses that have a smoky-spicy flavor to them. The Cajun sounds delectable.
Holli, you would absolutely love Beehive!! You must get your hands on some asap! They sell at Caputo’s, Harmons, and many other spots around the city. I especially love having a wedge of their cheese out when we have friends over for dinner! Once, you try it, let me know what you think!!
Barely Buzzed is my number one… but they ran an Oreo Cheddar for a short time that was MIND BLOWING!

My all-time favorite cheese is Comte cheese! Never tried Beehive, but I’d love to!
My favorite is the one with sea salt. I think it is called Seahive.
Seahive is amazing. Teahive as well. Like Creminelli it is hard to choose just one.

I haven’t tried it yet but my husband and I love spicey cheeses, I’m going to check out the habanero promontory this weekend. The new ipanema looks interesting too!
