Ethiopian! Such interesting flavors, and I love their communal way of eating.
I love Bombay House. I always order enough for leftovers that somehow never make it home!
I love Indian food. I love that is has so many different seasonings which brings out such a great flavor.
Mexican food is my favorite! Luckily, there are a ton of great options in Park City and Salt Lake City to choose from!
Tried Ethiopian food for the first time last week at Mahider on State St. The food was great and the service was even better.
I love Japanese food… I could eat it every day
I’d have a hard time picking – but it’s among Saag Paneer from Bombay House, Veggie Momo’s from House of Tibet, or homemade slow-cooked Chile Verde.
Indian or Thai food for me.
I am going to have to go with Mexican food. Because Mexican food is so ubiquitous in Utah and the Southwest, we have so many ways to explore it and sample the different cuisines in it. If I was going to do a tour of Mexican food of Utah, I might start at the Taco’s El Toro for an Al Pastor, Carnita, and Tongue tacos for a taste of the street food. Next would be Red Iguana for the Mole Sampler showing complex traditional flavors. Next Frida’s where I might just get whatever fish they are serving for a high end Mexican experience. I would end at Lone Star Taqueria for fish tacos and nachos for the Tex-Mex version of the cuisine.
So hard to pick just one! My favorite cuisines come from India (masala dosas and chai), Nepal (veggie momos), and Thailand (gang dang curry). Drooling now….
I’d say that Thai is probably my favorite. Combination of fresh vegetables, seafood and spices makes it a vibrant and healthy cuisine.
Um, it’s a toss-up between Mexican and Italian. Love them both! For the hubby, it’s definitely Thai.
Mexican is something I could eat every meal every day. Love it!
I could eat Sushi all day. Not literally. I tried that once and it didn’t end well. But I still love Sushi.
Mmmm Thai food, love love love green curry!!
I love Mexican food! Red Iguana has the best mole in town!:)
Congrats! You’re the winner this week! You’ll hear from us shortly.
Korean Food. Myung Ga or Korea House. I will never get tired of it. One of the finest cuisines out there.
I love Korean food!
