Roasted lobster tail, seared sea scallops with caviar and wasabi aioli, grilled portobello mushrooms with root vegetables, and blackened pork tenderloin were a few of the dishes that lined our table this year at Savor the Summit. We wined and dined at 350 Main, enjoying their eclectic selection of fresh seafood and pairings. Every year we look forward to challenging our taste buds at this annual Park City event. Not only do we look forward to amazing food, but we enjoy meeting new people at our dinner table and walking Main Street gazing at all of the beautiful table scapes.
350 Main had a themed menu this year, dividing each course with a taste of the West and East, from Asian sauces, to American grilling. I’ll let the pictures tell the rest of the story from our evening. Every detail of the evening was magical. Make sure not to miss this event next year!
My favorite dish of the evening was these “Pork Money Bags” with lemongrass peanut sauce and pineapple slaw.
A tasteful ending of Orange Chocolate Mousse and Cherry Turnovers.
Oh my goodness. My mouth is watering! This event is definitely on my bucket list. It all looks amazing!!Coffee & Inspiration
