Caputo’s Market will be hosting an evening of chocolate next Monday, April 8th at 7pm.  This event, appropriately named, Battle Blonde, will take on Valrhona’s Dulcey line of chocolate.  Local chefs from The Rose Establishment, Vinto, Pago, and Finca will battle it out with their best creations using this blonde chocolate.
