We’re especially excited about our next SLCmixer with Creminelli Salami. Creminelli Fine Meats provides Americans with traditional Italian meat specialties some of which weren’t otherwise available in the U.S. and many of which are available only on a regional basis in Italy. Their salami has been getting worldwide attention including features in Wine Spectator and Tasting Table, as well as countless awards. The founder, Cristiano Creminelli, will join us for an afternoon of tasting some of the best salami in the world. And the best part? It’s all made right here in Utah. In fact, it started in the basement of Caputo’s Market.
