If you haven’t been to Faustina in a while, there’s a couple of new reasons for a visit. Faustina has a new chef and a new assortment of small plates!
The new chef, Joe Kemp, is bringing his Icelandic roots and hard-working attitude to Salt Lake. He’s focusing on beefing up the small plate menu and really excelling at his expertise in dishes with lamb and fish. All of the small plates coming out of his kitchen are full of flavor and creativity.
