Every year, around early March, a few Park City locals host small gatherings to benefit the National Ability Center. The National Ability Center in Park City empowers people of all ability levels through adaptive recreational activities. This Red White and Snow event is their main fundraiser. This year I attended one of the dinners and it was one of the most incredible experiences… amazing food, an incredible cause, and a perfectly put together party filled with all new faces. After enjoying it so much this year, I’ll be marking my calendar in coming years. Today I’m sharing a recipe inspired by the evening up on my recipe blog, theVintage Mixer.com. Here are a few more photos from the night, taken by Darryl Dobson.
Special thanks to Pen & Palates, Donelan Wines, Reef’s Restaurant in Park City, and the National Ability Center.
I can’t get over that tablescape. So lovely.
