One Beautiful Meal is just a few days away (July 26) and we couldn’t be more excited – register at SLCmixers.com.   We’re heading out to La Nay Ferme in Provo to celebrate some of Utah’s most creative folks.  A few of them are in the photos below (can you name them all?).

The meal will be prepared by vegetables picked from the farm a few hours before we eat.   Our chef for the evening is Matthew Lake from Zy Restaurant in Salt Lake City.  We have a cocktail made with High West goods by Scott Gardner from Finca and wine from Ruth Lewandowski Wines (the winemaker, Evan, will be present as well).
