Victoria Topham is a wonderful host. She opened her restaurant, Pinon Market and Cafe, for us to bring 12 people into her kitchen to make great, light Thanksgiving Sides for a recent SLC Mixer. Our other blog, Vintage Mixer, has some incredibly tasty recipes for you that Victoria was gracious enough to share with everyone.
Pinon has been around for 17 years! With all the great, recent food trends happening in Utah right now, it’s nice to see something that’s been around for a while. If you’ve never been to Pinon, you must go. It’s worth every bite.

Becky made a dessert for everyone to enjoy – a chocolate hazelnut pie with gingersnap crust. Get the recipe here.
If you found the foods on this post to be tasty, you can order Thanksgiving dishes and desserts from Pinon Market for your Thanksgiving meal!
See you at a future SLC Mixers event.
