Victoria Topham is a wonderful host. She opened her restaurant, Pinon Market and Cafe, for us to bring 12 people into her kitchen to make great, light Thanksgiving Sides for a recent SLC Mixer. Pinon has been around for 17 years! With all the great, recent food trends happening in Utah right now, it’s nice to see something that’s been around for a while. If you’ve never been to Pinon, you must go. It’s worth every bite.
