Last week’s discussion on twitter was ‘ No-cook foods for hotter than hell days.’ Vanessa and I started the conversation on what foods we were enjoying on these hot days and also what foods we eat around town that don’t require and oven.  The whole conversation had me craving cool no bake cookies, which I made later that day, and light fresh salads, which I’ve been eating a lot of lately.
