Wow, what a wonderful list. I’m so happy + thankful you posted this! I love to have some great restaurant recommendations from a local when I visit somewhere new. I cannot wait to try a few of these during Alt. I am bummed I cannot go on your food tour (I now have to leave early on saturday am) but I am sure it is going to be wonderful!

Minor quibble. Real Salt Comes from deposits laid during the Jurasic period and is located in Central Utah. It does not come from the Great Salt Lake. Salt from the great salt lake cannot be guaranteed in purity and while Morton does have evaporation ponds here their table salt also does not come from the lake. Lake salt is used for other needs like fertilizers.
