i am just back from park city and found myself drawn back to the silver star several times. as mentioned, the pizza was fabulous, freshly kneaded and baked to order, and the toppings - my favorite was the fresh cut buffalo mozzerella, imported parma ham and pile of fresh arugula leaves- were just wonderful. it is a perfect meeting spot for family during a busy ski day, and such a welcome relief from what was available in the rest of the ski area. there was a nice homey feel to the cafe, a good mix of vacationing families and also many locals. i was told that there would be more outdoor seating coming to meet the lunchtime crowds (a large group of park city resort guides were there one day enjoying the easter sunshine) so i suspect word is quickly getting out about this little jewel.

You have to come to Park City..so many culinary delights! Starting in April there will be a lot of the restaurants offering 2 for 1 coupons for dinner! But for now, you should plan a ski day at PCMR and hit up Silver Star Market & Cafe :)

First off, I love your blog, kudos. Second, I find myself surprised (and a bit ashamed) by the fact that I've never been to Park City. And I've lived here basically all my life. You make it sound wonderful; it's now officially on my to-do list. Keep it up!
